L'occitane Recycle Interactive Pop-Up

Intro

L’occitane’s Hainan travel retail launch. The project featured a 3D avatar customization engine and a real-time synchronization system that linked mobile H5 interfaces with on-site interactive walls. By gamifying the brand’s recycling DNA through a sorting challenge, we successfully drove customer foot traffic and increased brand education across both digital and physical touchpoints. Role: UI/UX & Interaction Strategy Tools: H5 Mobile Web, 3D Avatar Engine, Motion Sync Outcome: High social shareability via personalized 3D video outputs and increased counter traffic.
